Sgarbossa’s Criteria for MI in LBBB

Sgarbossa Criteria Calculator

Sgarbossa Criteria Calculator

For ECG assessment of suspected acute myocardial infarction in patients with left bundle branch block (LBBB). This calculator uses the classic Sgarbossa point-based criteria.

Clinical safety note: This tool is for educational and clinical decision-support use only. It does not diagnose MI by itself. Use with symptoms, serial ECGs, troponins, haemodynamic status, and urgent cardiology/emergency assessment when appropriate.

Classic Sgarbossa Criteria are highly specific but not sensitive; a negative score does not exclude acute MI.
