Clinical and licensing notes

The Global CDR is a staging measure, not a stand-alone diagnosis. It was developed for symptomatic Alzheimer disease and may not fit every dementia syndrome or unusual score combination.

The CDR is a copyrighted instrument. Ensure that your organisation has the required permission or licence before clinical, research, teaching, or commercial use. This page intentionally accepts pre-assigned box scores and does not reproduce the copyrighted descriptive scoring table.
