Severe Community-Acquired Pneumonia Score — predicts risk of adverse outcomes in ED patients with community-acquired pneumonia.
Hypoxemia criterion is met if PaO₂ <54 mmHg or PaO₂/FiO₂ <250. FiO₂ is optional if PaO₂ alone is available.
