AUB-HAS2 Cardiovascular Risk Index Calculator
This calculator stratifies cardiovascular risk in patients undergoing noncardiac surgery. The primary outcome used in validation studies was 30-day death, myocardial infarction, or stroke.
Age ≥75 years = +1 point
Hemoglobin <12 g/dL = +1 point
Examples: prior myocardial infarction, coronary angioplasty, cardiac surgery,
heart failure, atrial fibrillation, or moderate/severe valvular disease.
This tool is for clinical education and decision support only. It should not

assessment, or shared decision-making with the patient.
