Age-Adjusted D-dimer for VTE

Age-Adjusted D-dimer Calculator for VTE

Age-Adjusted D-dimer Calculator for VTE

This calculator adjusts the D-dimer cutoff by age to help rule out venous thromboembolism, including suspected pulmonary embolism or DVT, in patients aged 50 years or older.

Important: This tool is for educational/clinical decision-support purposes only. D-dimer should be interpreted with clinical pretest probability. Age-adjusted D-dimer is not intended for patients with high clinical probability of VTE.
