ATLAS Score for C. Diff Infection

ATLAS Score for C. difficile Infection

ATLAS Score for Clostridioides difficile Infection

The ATLAS score predicts response to therapy in patients with C. difficile infection. Enter values measured at diagnosis or around the start of CDI therapy.

<60 = 0 points; 60–79 = 1 point; ≥80 = 2 points
<16,000 = 0 points; 16,000–25,000 = 1 point; >25,000 = 2 points
>35 g/L, or >3.5 g/dL = 0 points; 26–35 g/L, or 2.6–3.5 g/dL = 1 point; ≤25 g/L, or ≤2.5 g/dL = 2 points
Original cutoffs: ≤120 µmol/L = 0 points; 121–179 µmol/L = 1 point; ≥180 µmol/L = 2 points. mg/dL values are converted internally.
