This calculator estimates bleeding risk in patients on warfarin. It is intended for educational/clinical support use only and should not replace clinician judgment or local guidelines.
1. Anemia Hemoglobin <13 g/dL in males or <12 g/dL in females

2. Severe renal disease eGFR <30 mL/min or dialysis-dependent

3. Age ≥75 years
4. Prior hemorrhage Example: gastrointestinal bleed, intracranial hemorrhage, or other significant prior bleeding

5. Hypertension history
