Absolute Lymphocyte Count Calculator
This calculator estimates the Absolute Lymphocyte Count (ALC) using the white blood cell count and lymphocyte percentage from a complete blood count.
Formula:
ALC = WBC × lymphocyte % × 10
Result
Clinical note:
ALC does not replace CD4 testing. CD4 count is measured directly by
immunophenotyping/flow cytometry and should be interpreted by a qualified
clinician, especially in patients with HIV or suspected immune suppression.
