MIPI (Mantle Cell Lymphoma International Prognostic Index) Score Calculator

MIPI (Mantle Cell Lymphoma International Prognostic Index) is a clinical scoring system used to estimate prognosis in patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). It helps stratify patients into risk groups and supports treatment discussions and trial stratification, but it does not replace clinical judgment.

MIPI (Mantle Cell Lymphoma IPI) Calculator

Original continuous MIPI based on age, ECOG, LDH, and white blood cell count.

Clinical use only. This tool is for health professionals as an aid to risk stratification in mantle cell lymphoma. It does not replace clinical judgment or formal guidelines and must not be used by patients to make treatment decisions.
Enter age at diagnosis (e.g. 65).
In the original MIPI, ECOG ≥2 adds a fixed coefficient.
Measured serum LDH.
Use the local laboratory ULN for LDH (same units).
Use total WBC in ×10⁹/L (e.g. 12.0). The formula uses log10(WBC).
