The FLIPI (Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index) is a clinical tool used to estimate prognosis in follicular lymphoma (FL) at diagnosis. It was developed in the pre-rituximab era but has remained widely used and validated in the modern treatment era as a simple way to stratify patients into risk groups based on five easily available clinical factors.
