The EUTOS score (European Treatment and Outcome Study score) is a prognostic tool for chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) in chronic phase, developed in the TKI era to predict complete cytogenetic response (CCyR) at 18 months and progression-free survival in patients treated with imatinib.

EUTOS score = (7 × basophils %) + (4 × spleen size in cm).
Risk categories: low risk ≤ 87; high risk > 87.
