4. Bilateral conjunctival injection (red eyes without discharge)?

5. Oral cavity changes (e.g., red/cracked lips, strawberry tongue, red mouth/throat)?

6. Cervical lymphadenopathy (swollen neck lymph nodes $\ge$1.5 cm, usually unilateral)?
