Formula Used:

1. Static Compliance at PEEPlow (Clow) = Vlow / (Pplatlow – PEEPlow)
2. Recruited Volume ($\Delta$Vrec) = (Vhigh – Vlow) – Clow $\times$ (Pplathigh – Pplatlow)
3. Recruitment to Inflation Ratio (R/I) = $\Delta$Vrec / Vt,current

Interpretation of R/I Ratio:
  • R/I > 0.5: Suggests high lung recruitability.
  • R/I ≤ 0.5: Suggests low lung recruitability.
