The Hasford Score (also called the Euro score) is a prognostic tool used in chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) to stratify newly diagnosed patients—mainly in chronic phase—into low, intermediate, or high-risk groups. It was originally developed in the interferon-alpha era to predict survival and help treatment decisions.
Hasford (Euro) Score Calculator
For use by healthcare professionals in newly diagnosed CML.
This tool implements the original Hasford (Euro) formula and risk
thresholds (low < 780; intermediate 780–1480; high > 1480).
It is intended for educational use by trained health professionals
and must not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols,
or current CML guidelines. Patients should not use this calculator
for self-diagnosis or treatment decisions.
